– Working with a company I can call home. One that puts members first, even when it costs them. After being burned before, that matters more to me than any commission check.<\/span>
– Using my tech skills to make things easier for the people I work with \u2014 removing the overwhelm so they can focus on building something real.<\/span><\/p>\n

– More time with my family. My kids are grown now, and I’ve learned the hard way that time is the one thing you can’t get back.<\/span>
